How do I buy a VAC instrument?

For new instruments...

• When possible, it is always best to work with an authorized local dealer or importer.
• If you have no local dealer, you may work with an authorized dealer by telephone.
• If you have no local dealer, you may purchase from VAC, either by telephone/e-mail, or by arranging a visit to the factory. Please note that we do not discount new current models as we do not wish to be in competition with our authorized dealers.

These VACtory Store components are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to units sold and operated in the 50 states of the United States of America by the original owner. Warranty covers factory service (parts & labor, 50 states), and return shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
