Avatar Special Edition
![]()
Building upon the phenominal success of the VAC Avatar, we decided to push the limits of performance even further. To do so, we adopted VAC Renaissance - style resistors and capacitors throughout the audio path. The result is an elegant amplifier with even more presence, detail, and 'throb.'
For an MSRP of $5,000, Avatar SE is an amplifier you could use for the rest of your life, without compromise. And, if you already have an Avatar, you can upgrade to the Special Edition for a reasonable cost.
